What is your Holiday Shipping Policy?
In order to prepare and ship Holiday orders on time, the last day to purchase from our website will be December 12th. All orders will be processed and shipped before the cut off day at USPS. Also, B&T will be taking a short break for the Holidays to spend with family and prepare for an exciting 2022 from December 13th - Jan. 4th! Any order placed during this time frame will start to ship Jan. 5, 2023.
What is your Shipping Policy?
Once your order is placed, we will begin processing within 2-3 business days. Tracking information will be provide at time of shipping. All orders are shipping via USPS to your destination unless other service is selected at checkout. Shipping times vary but can taken anywhere from 2-5 business days. All orders placed on Friday-Sunday will start to ship on Monday-Tuesday. Additional Shipping charges may apply to HI and AK and international shipping.
How are your products shipped?
We use USPS to ship your order to your mailbox or doorstep. Some of our products do ship in smaller packages that tend to fit in mailboxes. Please always check first your mailbox, once you see the order has been delivered.
What is your International Shipping Policy?
e currently ship worldwide to all available countries. According to the USPS, all international shipments can take anywhere from 7-21 business days to be delivered. All international orders may require additional VAT or handling fees with their postal service and customs. Bawston & Tucker is not responsible for these fees. Please check with your local regulations before placing orders. (For example: Anything from outside the EU that has a value of £15 or more (about $23USD) will have VAT at 20% plus a Royal Mail Handling Charge of £8). All international orders are non-refundable.
What is your Return Policy?
For Bawston & Tucker Flagship goods only: We want you to be completely satisfied with our product that is why we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason, you would like to return your product please don't hesitate to contact us at email@example.com. Please include your name, order number, & reason. Please note: after 30 days, all sales are final. Holiday season purchases between Nov-Dec 2022 will have a return policy of Jan 31st. :)
For Mercantile Goods: If you would like to return your product please don't hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name, order number, & reason. Please note: after 14 days of delivery, all sales are final.
We know sometimes our products are damaged due to the postal service shipping. If you experience any damages, please contact us immediately at email@example.com.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued in the amount paid for a checkout for the item(s) purchased. Shipping costs are non-refundable. International Orders are non-refundable.
Where are your products made?
All of our B&T Flagship products are made in the United States in Florence, Alabama. We are committed to ethically sourcing only the finest high quality of ingredients while keeping all of our products we create cruelty-free.
What if my skin is sensitive to cosmetic products?
Please use care if you are sensitive to cosmetic products. We can not guarantee that our solid colognes or other products will not cause an allergic reaction. Please use small amounts and test your skin before applying too much product. Any use of fragrance oils in our products are of the highest quality, triple checked, & approved by top fragrance organizations plus phthalate and paraben free.
Are B&T products safe for traveling?
Yes. Be sure to travel with caution in extreme heat with any Solid Cologne or Balm product. These items should be stored in a cool dry space. Many customers place our products in small plastic zip bags out of precaution while traveling.
