If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. We make the return process hassle-free, with free return shipping provided for all domestic orders. Simply contact our customer service team to initiate your return.

Please note the following exceptions:
- Return shipping is not covered for international orders.
- Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Make a Return:

2. **Prepare Your Package**: Once your return is authorized, securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, if possible, and include your order number inside the package.

3. **Ship It Back**: Follow the instructions provided by our customer service team to ship your return back to us. For domestic orders, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided.

4. **Receive Your Refund/Exchange**: Once we receive and process your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send out your exchange item(s) as requested.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
